Refund & Cancellation

Thank you for shopping with Pachmarhi Ayurveda! We strive to provide you with the best ayurvedic products to enhance your well-being. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order or seek a refund. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on +91 8989 09 1645 or WhatsApp us or email us at support@pachmarhiayurveda.com. Our customer care specialist will assist you in canceling your order.

Refund Policy:
We do not offer any refunds once the products are sold. However, we do offer an exchange/returns policy if the products are returned in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, and are found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt.

Exchange/Returns Policy:
We accept exchanges or returns of products only if the following conditions are met:

 

Customer Initiation (Day 0-7): Customer initiates a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product. They must ensure the product meets all return criteria.

Return Authorization (Day 1-2): Upon receiving the return request, “Pachmarhi Ayurveda” reviews the request and verifies if it meets the return criteria. If approved, they provide the customer with a return authorization number or label.

Product Return (Day 2-8): The customer ships the product back to “Pachmarhi Ayurveda,” ensuring it’s in saleable condition, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging. They include a copy of the original invoice.

Return Inspection (Day 8-10): “Pachmarhi Ayurveda” receives the returned product and inspects it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the product passes inspection, the refund or exchange process proceeds.

Refund Processing (Day 10-14): If the return is approved, “Pachmarhi Ayurveda” processes the refund or initiates the exchange. The customer receives a confirmation email regarding the refund or exchange status.

Refund Receipt (Day 14-21): Depending on the customer’s bank or payment method, it may take a few days for the refund to reflect in their account. The customer receives the refund within this timeframe.

Follow-Up (Day 21 onwards): “Pachmarhi Ayurveda” follows up with the customer to ensure they have received the refund or exchanged product and to address any further concerns or feedback.
